IndUShealth understands that the privacy and security of its clients' personal health information is critical. IndUShealth, in order to perform its services, will receive information from its clients or clients' physicians, and deliver information to potential participating hospitals.
Aggregate information based on multiple clients' data, not containing any personally identifiable information, may be provided to third parties or disclosed in marketing materials and other literature prepared by IndUShealth for dissemination and distribution to third parties and the public.
IndUShealth will use commercially reasonable security measures to protect against the unintended disclosure, loss, misuse, and alteration of clients' information under IndUShealth's control. IndUShealth will take technical, contractual, administrative and physical steps to protect against unauthorized access to and disclosure of personally identifiable information.
IndUShealth intends to protect clients' privacy to the fullest extent possible as described herein while also fulfilling its responsibility to uphold all applicable laws and regulations. Due to potential legal requirements and other possible circumstances, IndUShealth cannot ensure that all client information will never be disclosed or accessed in ways not otherwise described herein. IndUShealth may be compelled under law to disclose information to government or third parties under certain circumstances or third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications. In addition, IndUShealth may transfer client information to the purchaser of IndUShealth's business, or to an affiliated company, but only so long as such party agrees to maintain the privacy of client information in a manner that is substantially similar to this statement. |
